Hotel Laurena is having a new room booking system installed.
This will allow customers to book rooms on the internet and have the prices confirmed at the time of booking.
With the previous system the guest was only able to make a reservation of the room but not confirm the price. This could cause disappointment for the guest when the room charge was different from the lowest price on the original reservation.
With the new system the guest can pay a deposit and hence fix the price of the room.
The booking system will be installed over the next few weeks.
